Wendover Corporation Leases Office Space - Fall 2004 One American Center, located at 909 ESE Loop 323, will be the home of an office for the Wendover Corporation, a Philadelphia based technology marketing company. Wendover has leased in excess of eight thousand square feet for their premises. The company plans to employ in excess of forty workers in the Tyler location. The office will open in late 2004. The tenant was represented by Rex Real Estate of Dallas, while Taylor Burns of Burns and Noble Commercial handled negotiations for the landlord.
