Major Office Building Sells - Fall 2004 Burns and Noble Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of One American Center, a Class A seven story office building located at 909 ESE Loop 323. The 114,000 square foot structure is home to such tenants as Hibernia Bank, Smith Barney, the Internal Revenue Service, and Wilson, Sheehy, Knowles, Roberson and Cornelius, P.C. The building was constructed in 1984, and is the largest office building in the South Tyler market. The occupancy rate at the time of closing was ninety percent. The property was sold by Bisonwood Investments, Inc. to a Tyler based real estate investment group. Taylor Burns of Burns and Noble handled the transaction.
