Strong leasing activity in One American Center - March 21, 2006 By Burns & Noble Real Estate Report The One American Center office building located at 909 ESE Loop 323 has experienced an active leasing period, with five new leases totaling in excess of 20,000 square feet being completed. New tenants include PBS&J, a Florida based engineering company which completed a lease for more than 6,300 square feet, Woodmen of the World Insurance Company, VME Process Inc., and Gerald Ellis Insurance. Additionally, Koch Partners L.P., an engineering firm, expanded into a new space which contains over 8,500 square feet. The leases were handled by Burns & Noble Agents Marc Ivy, Glenn Eikner, Mark Whatley, and Taylor Burns. The 114,000 square foot seven story building now has an occupancy rate in excess of ninety six percent. << Archive
